well i've got a linux computer and i actually made it to set up positron on it, but all my data (music) is stored on my server, which runs freebsd 4.10. now i've googled a while and it always says thst the neuros is supported and i would find information in dmesg about it but the only information dmesg gives me is:
uhub0: device problem, disabling port 1
i have al neccessary modules loaded in my kernel, but it wont work...
i hope there is some bsd user out there that can help me.
thanks in advance

Are your Linux and BSD machines on the same network? Perhaps as a temporary measure you could you mount the BSD filesystem on your Linux machine via NFS. Then use positron on Linux and tell it to sync to the appropriate spot on the NFS mount. (Disclaimer: I have not tried this.)

You might check to make *sure* that you have the correct modules and such. I am no BSD user, but I'd say you might check to make sure other mass storage devices work with that computer (for example, USB "keys" and "jumpdrives")
