Great concept, crappy implementation. (Not DI's fault).

In another thread (tips and tricks) I talked about streaming music from my digital cable into my player. If the HiSi database wasn't as utterly worthless as it is, then I could use hisi to help split and identify the music I'm streaming. As it is, everyone knows that "Toxic" is by britney spears, and in the rare event that someone doesn't, it's easier to ask the person next to you than it is to get this 30 second clip etc.

My point? HiSi should be a function of the Software, to be able to run over any supported audio file.
