Subject: Where to find Optimized dlls for Lame, Vorbis? Anyone know where I could get windows DLLs optimized for MMX, 3DNow, etc. for the lame and Vorbis encoders?

Really, I've compiled some programs in Linux (the old make configure, make, make install, as well as some rpms stuff a long time ago) but I really dread setting up an compiler on a windows box and searching through pages and pages of loosely organized psuedo-help files just to gain mmx optimizations.
