Hi all

I have had my neuros for a bit now and its great, but i need a uk walwart charger. I made the rather stupid decision to do a bit of surgery on my US adapter to use the plug end (that goes into the neuros) so i could use it on my varible mains adapter - but it didnt work. and now i have lost my US walwart. Stupid i know but i need to know if anyone in the UK has bought a separate main adapter that works.

I have read about Snowballs step down conversion working in this forum, but now i dont have the original! If all else fails then i will have to order a new one from the US and a step down converter but that will cost £££££££.

Any help?

You should be able to buy a generic power-chord out of your electronics dealer.
There should be switchable one where you can adjust the voltage. 9V would be good, the Neuros takes more, but this isn't really necessary.
It should provide from 800 to 1200 mA.
They are available with different plugs, so you can choose the one which fits! Sometimes there are models where you have different plug and you are able to change them. If there is one like this available, it's perfect.
The inner circle has to be positive, the outer negative.

You can get a 100-240 VAC charger/power adapter that works with the Neuros at Dixsons. Look in the travel section.
