Subject: Warranty? I picked up my Neuros today and discovered the rewind button is missing. I can't even find it in the bag where I store my Neuros. Is this covered by the warranty? It wasn't a result of abuse (I baby my Neuros) so I assume it's covered. I've only had it for a week! While I love nearly everything else about my Neuros, I'm quite disappointed with what appears to be low-quality construction. Please let me know where to send my Neuros for service. Thanks.

Reply author: Matthias Halibrand That is definitely NOT due to a low-quality product, though it might be a material-failure, since the play-, rewind-, fastforwardbutton AND the joystick are made out of the same piece, this piece must had a crack when it was built in already.
