I picked up my Neuros today and discovered the rewind button is missing. I can't even find it in the bag where I store my Neuros. Is this covered by the warranty? It wasn't a result of abuse (I baby my Neuros) so I assume it's covered. I've only had it for a week! While I love nearly everything else about my Neuros, I'm quite disappointed with what appears to be low-quality construction. Please let me know where to send my Neuros for service. Thanks.

im sure that DI would allow you to replace your unit, or just talk to whoever you bought it from.

That is definitely NOT due to a low-quality product, though it might be a material-failure, since the play-, rewind-, fastforwardbutton AND the joystick are made out of the same piece, this piece must had a crack when it was built in already. I don't think you're able to break it while it is built in!
So I would say your chances are very good to get it replaced!

Matthias
