anything i should know?

plan on getting a drive pack down the road, can you upgrade the drive? is there a faq around?

make sure the backpack it charged before syncing (or just leave the power cord in while syncing). yes, you can get a hard drive pack later on. go up to the top and click support and there should be the manual and faq page there.
