Subject: problem hi my neuros is going uhhhhhhh while playing songs, it could be because it fell ones or twice, do you guys believe that the hardrive is the problem or what? also do we always have to carry the mp3 player pack back (20 GB) to listen to the music or can we listen to some with only th 128? if not then what is the point of being able to seprating them?

I know I personally have dropped my neuros a couple of times without having any problems, but I did have it in the holder when I dropped it and dropped it onto a carpeted floor.
Reply author: kborn(at)neurosaudio.com It could be the drops, we do a hard drive test and a fair amount of returned units came up "excessive shock" as the test result. It could just be getting some errors too, though. So as a last resort, I'm a big one on reformatting your Neuros and reloading all your music just to make sure it's not a database glitch.
