My neuros has been acting very strangely lately. I have a Neuros I. The software is all up to date (I ran an update last night) and it needs one firmware update (I checked that too but haven't been able to sync to get the downloaded update onto the neuros).

It randomly disconnects from my computer during synchronisation.

When plugged in to the wall at my house it doesn't respond, but when plugged into my car charger it will turn on (I suspect that may be the plug at the house - ran out of time this morning to try a different plug)

When I turn it off but have it plugged in to my car charger, rather than showing the charging screen, the main menu flashes on and off.

It played fine in the car this morning when I had it plugged into the charger, but I'm concerned about the problems syncing. I've tried formating the NAND disk and disconnecting the backpack from the brain.

Any other ideas?
