NSM hangs after sync

Subject: NSM hangs after sync I just received the Neuros this week and I'm having a bit of trouble with the software. I did a search here but didn't see anything exact so I apologize if I missed the appropriate thread.

After synching with the Neuros, the NSM software just hangs. I have to control,alt, delete to terminate the program and start over. I have ver. 2.28 software.
A bug or idiot user??

Could be a .NET issue. Try doing a Windows Update and get the .NET patch installed.
Or, you could use NDBM. I prefer it to NSM because it can be run from the player itself and eliminates some of the issues if you have multiple PC's you want to sync from.
