64 or 128?

I understand that in order to use the battery only backpack, your main unit has to be the 128mb model, as it won't work with 64s, correct? I just recently bought the closeout 80gig Neuros II and need to determine what type of flash it has.

my 64 n1 works with the battery backpack. It just doesn't hold much.
