Subject: recording using mic and convert to hisi Anyone know if it is possible to use internal microphone and convert over for hisi to search. While in the car I do not have time to put the headphones, etc so I was wondering if hitting the HISI button twice and record for 30secs or longer if I am able to send to HISI file with NSM. Anyone know??

Reply author: Cool4u2view You can check any file you wish with HiSi by dragging the file to the NSM window while HiSi is selected. Your mic or FM recordings are usually stored in my documents in a folder called Neuros. Post if you need more info.
Reply author: VipFREAK That's a little confusing now? So are HiSi and Mic recording the same just that HiSi only does a 30sec clip?
Reply author: Cool4u2view Your reply actually confuses me... it depends if you are talking about HiSi for Mic and/or FM ... running HiSi for line in, Mic, or FM is a 30sec clip and is the same as it's longer counterpart. I hope that makes sense.
Reply author: mriswithe(at)hotmail.com if you just press the hisi button once while not listening to radio, with headphones plugged in or whatever, you get a 30 sec recording from the mic, if you press it TWICE (or doubleclick however you prefer) then you are recording with an endless time, till you stop.
