Neuros sync manager wont recognize MY downloads

Thanks for all your help. I tried to download music, and the files are all operational and in the "My downloads" file. When I try to " find files on my computer" from the syn manager, it searches but tells me " search for files and music/ my downloads" and then says " no files found". This is the first time this has not worked. I've tried to reboot the computer without luck. Any ideas? Mike

instead of searching the computer, you might want to add the files manually. this can be done easily in the program if you know where the music files are located. I am not sure exactly what menu it would be under, but look around and you should find it.
