does anybody have a working 2 gig card for the neuros 1 recorder. i bought a 2 gig atp on that doesnt work

Have you tried formatting the card before using it? Is the card a SD or CF? If the card is an SD, is the lock switch turned on? Can you use the card in other devices?

i tried all that. tech support reccomended posting here to see what other sd cards people were using.i can use the nueros as a card reader with the card fine. but no recording or playing back any files. just says no device(yes i pressed storage)i searched the forums and found the kingmax and sandisks 2 gig hs had problems. i wanna return this card but need to know what to get instead.i dont want to pay another 15% restocking fee

sd. i just remembered that that was the only 2 gig card definately known to work with my other device.plenty of gig card works. and sandisk i gig card works on neuros. so ill get that instead. i hope it fits 2 hours on it

Depending on the quality you can record from 90 minutes (superfine setting) to 344 minutes (economy setting) on a 1Gb card with the Recorder 1.

There is definitely a Recorder 1 issue with 2 Gig cards. See my topic on the PNY Card. I tried both a PNY and SanDisk 2Gig card. Neither worked. Working with a 1G PNY card now

I have the same problem with a 2 GB card. What's interesting is if I use the card on a PC, there's no problem. But while in TV mode, the recorder doesn't detect the card. It's weird.

I have a 2gig CF card from Crucial in my recorder. I can record with it, but I'm getting a vertical stripe scrolling across the screen from left to right. I'll post a thread and e-mail support to ask about this.
