Hello -

I have a Recorder 1 that I use to record programs onto a 1G SD card. How do I transfer this recording to my PSP? Can't seem to get it to transfer. Thanks!

I don't think the PSP has an SD slot, so you'll want to get a multi-card reader for your computer and transfer the file to a Memory Stick.

Keep in mind that the N2 was designed with the PSP in mind (but the N1 wasn't).

Thanks. Yeah, I've transferred on my PC with my multi-card reader, but I can't get the PSP to recognize the file for some reason...

Have you converted it into a format that the PSP can read? I don't think the PSP can handle ASF. And don't you have to put it in a specific folder on the Memory Stick?

I don't know for sure if the PSP has any internal storage at all, but even if it does, I cannot believe it would possibly have enough for full-length TV shows. I can't tell from your posts if you are even using a Memory Stick, but that would seem like the way to go...

PSP will not play files created by the Recorder 1. You will have to convert the files. Once you have done so, make sure you have the right file structure and names. See the last article from Eric Gwinn (Chicago Tribune Gadget Adviser), you will find all the info you need about file strcuture and conversion (just google eric gwinn and PSP, you should find the article easily).
