no video line out? Printed from: Neuros Forums Topic: Topic author: geckobox
Subject: no video line out? I've had my Neuros442 since January, and I absolutely love it. I've been using it to archive old video tapes/dvds/even tivo stuff onto a media server I've been building. I haven't had any problems except one, which I just discovered: there is no video out line signal. I took it to my father's house to show him something I'd recorded, and we could hear audio, but no video. The cable is definitely good... I'd been using it to record with. And I've tried it on three tvs now with the same result. The neuros is set to NTSC (see I thought of everything!) and I just can't think of anything else it could be. Please tell me its something simple!

Reply author: ice.skillz Just asking. Did you press the "TV/LOCK" button when trying to play it on the television?
Reply author: geckobox yep, tried it with lock on/lock off.... nothing changes.
Reply author: FJ When you hit the TV/Lock button, does the screen go black?
Reply author: manorin Are you holding the TV/Lock Button or just clicking it. If you are holding it will only lock, but if you click it, it should do something.
Reply author: geckobox Thank you so much... it works great now! Neuros Forums : http://www.neurosaudio.com/community/forum/ © Copyright ©2002-05 Neuros Technology International, LLC all rights reserved. |
