Joe,

I would like to know when we can expect a fix for the Recorder II issue with the PSP version 2.7. All I know is that everytime I call your support all I get is that the entire company is working on it, but we are given no timetable as to when this will be fixed, today, tomorrow, next week, next month, never... I feel that Neuros should be a little more on the ball when you have a major problem with your highest selling product.
