80 gig 5 gigs less than 80?

Maybe I'm missing something in the forums or the FAQ, but my 80 gig N2 is only showing 74.4 gigs of total space. It says in the settings that ~78,000 mb are available. It is a slight problem when trying to fit 77.7 gigs of music on there with only 74.4 available.

when they say 80GB of storage, companies usually have this warning "1GB = 1 billion bytes; actual formatted capacity less." also, if the drive has been formated then that also lowers the capacity of the drive.
