Subject: N1 Firmware and Power Question

What is the latest version of firmware for the N1? IIRC I am running 2.16.

I also have one annoyance. When I plug the power cable in to recharge, it starts up where I left off. I listen to a lot of Audio Books (Big files) and I can loose my place if I don't remember to shut off or pause.

Will (if there is) new firmware either not turn on the N1 when plugged in or will it automatically pause the selection when I shutdown?

Just to note: my only other annoyance for big audio book files is the FF is SLOW. Other than that my Neuros is great.
