Is there any way I can get a copy of the sync program elsewhere? I'd like to add a few songs to it, but unfortunately I don't have the program on my computer anymore and I lost the mini-CD.

a lot of people use NDBM(Neuros Database Manipulator). it works pretty good and you can use it on any computer.
get it here: http://neurosdbm.sourceforge.net/

I will keep looking for NSM (the official program) for you. If I find it, I will post it for you.
