Posted - 01/20/2006 : 7:27:03 PM A couple of weeks ago, the headphone jack on my Neuros wore out and lost one of its channels. I checked the forums and found a tip that I could swap the line in and line out jacks as long as I didn't need the line in. That worked fine but in the process I misplaced the silicone keypad. Perhaps the cat stole it.
I wrote to Neuros support to purchase a replacement. I received a note back that even though the unit was way out of warranty, they would send a new one at no charge. It arrived a few days later and now my Neuros I is fine.
Many of the posts here are for complaints, but good things also happen. Thanks to the customer support team for fixing my mistake and thanks to the forum members for useful tips.
