it is worth it if you have a usb 2 neuros. heres the difference, before on a 1.1 it took me 1 hour to load about 100 songs. Now with usb 2 it takes me about 40 min. to load 2,500 songs.

If you have a USB 2 device to connect to it, then yes.. I think they run ~$15 if you shop around.
