i am going to be very discreet as to how i word this so as not to step on any toes so this may seem vague.
this is concerning a certian function on the neuros. it is also concerning a certian Federal organization whiCh i wont mention ignore if you Cant understand. and incresing that above mentioned function.

Camping out in the boondocks last month, I was able to hit a truck's radio that was about 50 feet away. Usually, I have to be within 6-10 feet. |

I'm surprised you're not already able to get 20'. There has been a couple of times when my girlfirend has been able to listen to my Neuros while in a different car. Given, you have to find a relatively free frequency to use.

Why a faraday cage? I thought that was for ESD protection. What would that help in high voltage transmissions? |

Heh. Remember, you can make it transmit as much as you want as long as you only activate the transmit mod inside an approprate faraday cage.
Heck, as long as you are hacking the thing hack it to transmit on amateur radio freqs. Then get an amateur radio license, and use that.
Also, those outside the US may have their own laws. The FCC restrictions may not apply to you...

I saw somebody who said they got like a hundred feet.

I think he thinks the government is going to get him if he mods his Neuros to transmit with more power. Don't worry, mate, the FCC can't get you for talking about it, and I seriously seriously doubt even if you did it that you would be caught, unless doing something especially annoying/abusive with it.
Unless the PATRIOT act allows the government to arrest people who talk about that stuff now. Which means I'm screwed.

I don't understand. I don't think the Neuros will be able to help you whatsoever in decreasing the length minimum the Gaming Commission imposes on fisherman. What a silly question.
