I was wondering how to go about returning my woot mpeg4 recorder. I love the product, dont get me wrong, but due to a major overhual of my audio/video center I cant seem to hook it up correctly and decided to just return it and wait to purchase the PVP 442. In fact, if youd like, you can even give me credit towards the PVP 442, instead of just sending money, but thats up to your company.
So whats should I do? I have everything, box, manual, all chords etc... and its in perfect condition.

Posted - 06/06/2005 : 4:05:20 PM I just got off the phone with Neuros Support. Send the support team a short email stating you want a refund along with all your Woot! ordering and shipping email correspondence, they will send you an RMA number for return. |
