Hey has anyone ever tried, and it worked, changing your orange backlight to a blue light or a different color?!?!

One day you might beat me, but today is not your day!!

The leds are also soldered so that they are pointed to the side, I believe. There's a few cellphones that use the same style. Just be careful with it. Shouldn't be too bad.

I guess that would depend on your definition of "worth it." Any way you put it, it would be a pain.

There are already other blue players ("indiglo" style).. orange is pretty unique.

The LEDs are soldered directly onto the board and are very small.

It would be very difficult to change them.
