Posted - 09/15/2005 : 10:41:10 AM I haven't thought out all the reasons why I'd want it, but would the present hardware setup allow for an SD wifi Card?
I have no technical expertise to go on, but I think that it would work.
I envision using it to do a few things:
1) Stream stuff. 2) Wireless Data transfers from my 'puter 3) Firmware updates |

wifi would require SDIO and wifi card drivers. These are planned for implementation on the next generation device, but probably will not be done on this one.

Posted - 09/15/2005 : 9:00:39 PM I would also like to do some WiFi stuff, but I don't think the SD slot is SDIO compatible. Hence, it won't recognize SD devices. Also, the SD WiFi Card would require drivers to communicate with the Gamma 442 OS. |
