I was very excited to get my recorder, but it refuses to acknowledge that i've a MS duo card inserted. It contiunes to only display CF as the storage medium. I've tried two different cards to no avail. |

If you havent done this,the card need to go in upside down in order for the device to read the card |

If possible, format your card with your PSP. Then insert it in the MS slot as described in the manual (pins facing up). Make sure the card is firmly inserted in the slot. If you still do not see the card press the storage button. If that does not do the trick, call us at 1 866 5 NEUROS.

Er... did you push the "Storage" button? (That's what it's called on the N1, anyway.) |
