Lately my player has been refusing to access songs. Once it erased an entire playlist. All the songs stay listed, but they won't play. I re-uploaded those, but now it's deleting at random. Any suggestions? Like I said, the files are still listed, but they won't play.

Hmm. That's pretty strange. We don't have any issues like that logged, it sounds just like some bugginess. I would make sure all your recordings are backed up, then reformat your device so the hard drive is clean and re-load your music. That should take care of it.
