I notice that FLAC might be used in the N3 and have been reading the information on compression etc. How would/does FLAC process "brain wave" music? Specifically the Holosync CD's. I contacted them and asked about ripping the CD's to a format for my N2 and was told I needed to use WAV ONLY. After reading the FLAC info, I'm wondering how it handles the "carrier tones" in the programs?
Thanks in advance,
Ron

I'm not Josh, but...
The idea is that you should be able to turn a WAV file into a FLAC file, and then convert that FLAC file back into the same WAV file. That's where the 'lossless' comes in. So I don't see why anything wouldn't work with FLAC, and I expect that the people don't know what they are talking about w.r.t audio formats.
