sync errors: "too large for int64"??

I switched backpacks recently and NSM got terribly confused. Now whenever I sync all I get is this error:
Synchronization task 'Copying tracks to Neuros' failed. System.OverflowException: Value was either too large or too small for an Int64.
Which is, of course, ridiculous, so there must be some other problem.
Help!
