Hello ,
I "played" few days with my new Zolid-Neuros-Commodore and It seems to work fine !!! Except these unexplicable freeze when navigating the photos directory sometimes (need to use this too small hole to action reset button ). Somoene have the same symptom ? or maybe an explanation or solution ?
Thank you
Leffe

Hi. I'm unfortunately having the same problem. My neuros 442 arrived a couple of days ago, and i'm very pleased with it too, except that it freezes *every* time while navigating the photo directory, and has to be reset. So if there's a solution or a work around I'd like to hear it too.
Thanks in advance.

What photo formats do you guys have? Try adding photos of one format to the player and seeing what happens. If those work, then add another format. If they don't, then try removing a few photos at a time to find one that may be causing problems.
Good luck with your ZolNeuroDor PMC-442! |

Im using only .jpg and ran it thru the paces trying several different things last night but could never get it to hang-up. My only problem with photos is I have never been able to get mine to play music during slideshow no matter what I try.
I have had my 442 hangup only twice that required a pin hole reset once during recording and once during Video playback. |

I'm having the same problems with the whole photo directory freezing up. It makes me so mad, because now, I can't even look at any photos! It used to happen on and off, but now it is all the time. This really needs to be fixed!! P.S. I have upgraded to the new firmware version.

I'm only using .jpg too, but it crashes every time after a couple of seconds if you hang around, or try to navigate in the photo index, and it crashes immediately if you press the 'back/exit button'. I've tried making some sub-directories and putting my photos in them, but it still crashes every time I that press the 'back/exit' button. Forgot to mention that I’m running firmware 1.2.4.

Thats one problem my player just does not have. I have tried everything mentioned and it never has crashed even once on me. |
