There's a bunch of source code, helpful documentation, and a few surprises under the hood, not to mention a nice discount offer on a new Neuros. As always, your opinions and feedback are needed to make it the best site it can possibly be, so don't be afraid to jump right in!

Community Outreach
Evolving the technology
Neuros was created as an open platform for a reason - for you to explore. Discover your Neuros and expand it to the fullest.
Learn how to customize it. The intent is to continually develop and document the open
capabilities of Neuros to provide avenues which you as developers can use
to enhance your Neuros. In this section you can learn the
latest developer news, and get newly released technical information, documentation and samples
for accessing the Neuros MP3 digital audio computer and the Neuros Synchronization
Manager software. In addition, please join the Neuros Mods
forum to interact with the entire Neuros developer community. The door is open.
Neuros and Xi Menus
Neuros' menu structure is based on a database-driven interface which can be expanded
by updating the database. As part of this menu structure, Extra Information Menus (Xi
Menus) provide developers with a flexible, easy to use and powerful interface to expand
the capabilities and functionality of Neuros. Over the coming months, examples will be
provided of how the database and Xi Menus can be used to enhance the user's experience
with Neuros and provide opportunities for partners and developers alike.
Neuros Synchronization Manager
The Neuros Synchronization Manager software is built on an XML database which is
completely open and accessible to developers. The schemas for the XML database can be found in a self-extracting zip file here.
In addition, we have released the first installment of source code for Neuros Synchronization Manager, which will further enhance developers' capabilities in
working with the synchronization layer and the device itself. The code and documentation for NeurosDB.dll, which creates the Neuros device database files, is in the form of a self-extracting zip file.
The developer community is very important to the evolution of Neuros and any feedback
is very valuable. Email developer@neurosaudio.com with any suggestions or questions
you may have.
