My neuros records television only in black and white. My country is Brasil. The television system here is PAL-M. Anny sugestions?

Did you change the format from NTSC to PAL?

I have the same problems. The signal of television channel is in Pal-m in the BRasil.  I don't record in colors....

Anny solutions for that?

You need to use a converter such as this:
