Recording only in Black and White

Hello, my name is Sérgio. I bought recently the Neuros MPEG4 2+ and i have the problem:
 
My neuros records television only in black and white. My country is Brazil. The television system here is PAL-M. The setup of Neuros have the option to change the NTSC to PAL, but it work only for the video output. The video INPUT of the Neuros works only with NTSC and this is the problem for me and hundreds of people who had bought this product in my country.
I know that this problem could be solved using a transcoder PAL-M to NTSC with Neuros MP4. But Neuros MP4 R2 is very expensive in my country and I not want to spend more money to buy a transcoder.
I think that you can solve this problem with one future update of firmware.

You need to convert PAL M to NTSC like this unit:
