I like to download TV shows from various places and watch them on my Neuros 4422. If a format I found didn't work, I used DIVX Converter and that usually took care of the problem. Lately I've hit a snag for example: I d/l several episode of "Lost" as I never got to see the end of the season. The first 3 episodes worked fine, the rest won't play. They all appear to be in the same .avi format. I tried converting them to several different formats with no luck. Can anyone advise?

I've had video files act strangely:

   Play fine with no audio...
   Play with pixelated video and good audio...
   Not play at all- menu shows "Unsupported Format"...
   Not show up at all in the menu...

I'd appreciate any help you can offer. Any tools you use to get files to play? Where to look for files?Which formats you have best luck with?

I've enjoyed my 442 since the woot! launch, and just recently upgrade my HDD to 160 GB! Now I want to fill that sucker up!

Have you tried using the Ulead software that came with the 442?

I never used it- it's been so long that I don't remember what it was. I'd have to look through all my disks and see if I can find it.

Its orange, and had Neuros on it, its called Ulead Video Editing software.

I always use Iriverter and it always work for me. Just google it and you will find it.
