Hi,

after installed the firmware 3.33-1.60 I cant play old recorded file.

Any help ?

Do you mean to say it wont play a file that was recorded with the OSD with a prior firmware?  That is a strange problem indeed.  What firmware were you using then?  What are the stats of the video?  (.mp4/.asf, bitrate, resolution, audio, etc....)

Please let us know the following:
Which firmware were you using before
Was the content recorded with the Neuros OSD? (if so what firmware) and was it edited with an 3 party software before you played it with the new firmware.
If the content was not recorded with the OSD, the info listed by illin_technology in the post above will be a big help.

I'm doing some test.
Loading different firmware and Recording in different mode.
When I finish I will post results.

I finished my test with different firmware (3.28.1.00, 3.31.1.24, 3.33.1.60).
All recorded file are play well.
Probably, files that i cant play are damaged.
