I used my Neuros II with my old computer (with several  previous versions of Windows OS), without a hitch.

I recently got a computer with Vista Ultimate OS and I can't get anything to work, I cannot even get to first base. None of the various "Sync managers"  (the original, sorune, NDBM) work, because they don't even recognize my Neuros II as being connected via the USB port.

My guess is that the necessary drivers are missing (?) from Vista. Can anyone help??  If anybody uses the Neuros with a Vista-based 'puter, please help and please do so with clear step-by-step instructions. Thanks a million to anyone who  can help
