Files will not play. sony 4gb pro duo

Here is my problem.  I can record one of two files okay.  (using 320x240 30fps)

Any more files automatically get corruptted.  I have upgraded the firmware to 2.00.22
THe files always give my the 2048 error message.  File will not play.

My goal is to record files that work on a psp or my ipod. 

I have done it before.  The settings must be wrong or something.  I have a file that I recorded months ago, that works on both systems.  I just rename the file to get to work on my psps.  And use itunes to get it to work on the ipod.

But lately, I can only get it to work on ipod, and thats when I do not get the error 2048 message.  (Will not play in quicktime)

Have you tried reformatting the card?  Also where did you but the card from?
