I am planning to get the Neuros MPEG-4 Recorder 2 Plus, I want to use it to play videos in my HP iPaq and also I want to play videos in my 28" TV and I was wondering about the video quality using the highest resolution (VGA superfine) when you play the files in a 28" TV. Someone has played videos in the TV that were recorded with NR2? Is the image acceptable or it displays pixeled?

Thanks.

Well as long as the HP can play MP4 files with AAC audio then you should be good.  As for the playback on the 28" TV, it will look the exact same way as you recorded it.

Thanks for your answer.

My question was about the video quality when you play a file (recorded with NR2) in a 28" TV at highest resolution, the image that you can get is crystal clear like a DVD quality or is similar to a VHS image? I would like to record tv shows using NR2 and then watch them in my 28" TV.

Thanks.

It will be slightly less than DVD quality.  But much better than VHS.  If you want awesome quality for bigger screen TV's, we recommend the OSD.
