Regards to everyone, I am an entrepreneur and my business is globally expanded. There are many competitors of mine. I feel its not a safe option for me to conduct a web conference without a secure and reliable web conferencing appliances as there is a chance of the communication being disturbed by uninvited sources. Thus I am looking for secure web conferencing appliances to keep my data and presentations safe and secure. If you people know any sources that help me to get a good solution?please suggest me.

Thanks in advance!!!

Juniper Networks offer a SSL secure meeting software:

1) You get the server so everything is private
2) Uses SSL HTTP
3) Presents a business like atmosphere
4) Can only enter the meeting when it is time to enter the meeting
5) Meetings are password protected so only those that are allowed can enter
6) Supports emailing meeting requests and all international time zones and languages.
7) Supports remote control as well as reverse presentation and remote control features.

They have different models at different costs but i dont know what they are.  Our company bought the big one for our coroporation and it supporst i think 300 VPN tunnels and up to 200 simultaneous SSL secure meetings.   It is easy to setup and you purchase the hardware.  This is as private as it gets unless you develop your own hardware / software in house.

I get your point......I have been in a similar situation myself. The company i work for has offices across united states, europe and asia employing about 500 people all across.Sometime ago we needed a web collaboration tool to manage our resources across all our offices and to better manage our workforce.
We did some initial testing with a few vendors but almost all of them had similar problems like deployment issues, compatibility issues, downloading of some kind of software to make it work, problems with the low bandwidth etc etc.We tried everyone out but disappointing results.

When we were almost about to give up ,one of my friend suggested Turbomeeting by http://www.rhubcom.com and to this day we have never faced any kind of issues with it.The best feature what i really liked was that it didn't need any special software to be downloaded or jacking up your current IT setup. You can easily integrate Turbomeeting it to fit alongside your firewall. We really got what we wanted,i would advise you to have a look at their website product page
http://www.rhubcom.com/web_conferencing/product.html

Check out the features,i am sure you will get the solution what you want right from Whiteboard to Remote access....everything.

Uhm... Does anyone else find it odd that we have two people, both with 1 post each asking and responding about something very off-topic?
