Link not booting!

I just received my link two days ago, I've been having issues trying to get it to boot.  I've set it up per the instruction sheet, but no boot screen/OS is displayed on the TV.  I'm connected through HDMI to a Sharp Aquos prior the link being turned on.  I suspect that the link doesn't see the HDMI being connected and won't boot.  Are there any POST beeps/LED blinks that I can determine if it's booting?  The thumbdrive light will blink randomly at intervals.  Thanks!

Is the TV switched to the correct HDMI (HDMI1, HDMI2, etc.) input and is the TV turned on prior to turning the LINK on?  This step is very important, else, you are correct, the HDMI won't initialize on the LINK.

You might try connecting the LINK to your TV by DVI (white) or VGA (blue) cables to verify that any output is being sent to your TV.  If you see output then, the problem is likely in the connection between your TV and the LINK.
