My Neuros Digital Audio computer 80 gb model doesn't work. It is dead totaly. I tryed everything I found in forum, but it doesn't work at all. Problem was that I tryed to charge it using usb 1.1 connection. I think problem can by with battery, but i am not sure. I tryed to buy it on ebay http://stores.ebay.com/getmods_W0QQcolZ2QQdirZ1QQftidZ2QQtZkmQQpZ4 , but again, they do not ship internationaly. So I need help to solve the problem in Europe. Did you try using the power cord that came with the unit. If this doesnt work, then we need to run some test. What you can do is take the player out, then connect the power cord. If it blinks 3 times, then pauses, then blinks 3 times again then the battery is good. It could be the player, but if it doesnt blink 3 times, then it is the battery.
Perform this test and let us know how it works out.
