Title: Playback video stutter Post by: JEFFH on December 10, 2006, 04:45:40 AM Using the DEC 7 firmware release I recorded some video in ASF, 640X480, 30FPS, superfine
The playback on OSD and computer is not smooth. The video freezes momentarily and then continues playing. This is worse playback video motion than I experienced with the R2 with the same 640X480 settings. Is this a known issue? What setting are known to give the best highest quality results? Title: Re: Playback video stutter Post by: tjryanjr on December 15, 2006, 02:16:21 PM I am having the same trouble on my unit that was just replaced. Audio sync was terrible in both Mpeg-4 and ASF. I sure hope things improve soon so that this device is usable for recording to my USB flash drive.

I know my playback videos tend to freeze when i have different applications open. Also when i use super fine i get the stutter too. Try different settings and play around with it.
