Title: Remote Question Post by: struman1 on December 13, 2006, 07:37:47 AM I have a PSP and a Q phone and this product looks promising. My biggest concern is that everything works thru the remote. My question is can I get a replacement. I have 2 kids and a large dog so stuff tends to stop functioning if you know what I mean ;D

Pinpoint do not sell direct but supply a list of dealers in the UK that sell Neuros products. All well and good but I did not find a single dealer that offered spare remotes. I last checked in August (I think) so the situation may have changed. However it would be far easier for Neuros to specify which UK suppliers sell the remote without having to wade through each website.
