Correct, after I upgraded I was unable to use the SD card. The system locks up. Yesterday I found some CF cards, this is the only media I have been able to boot with it inserted, successfully mount, remove and mount again without the OSD locking/freezing up. Unfortunately I cannot read anything on the CF card? Occasionally I was able to boot, mount CF, and then for some reason I was able to see and use the Viking SD card??
USB does nothing but crash the OSD completely.
I would love to test some other stuff, like maybe even record but since media detection is so sketchy I really cant do anything with this device.  Am I the only one having these problems?

Same behavior after upgrading to 3.20.-0.19 

After battling to find a SD card that I could upgrade the firmware with I did finally have success with a viking card. Upgrade went off without a hitch, however after the upgrade... pulling the battery and resetting the remote (064) I am now unable to recognize the SD card I upgraded with? If I reload the OSD with the SD in it, it hangs when the mem stick drivers are loading. If I wait until the OSD is up and then insert the SD card it freezes completely and requires a reload. 
I am running the 3.20-0.18 firmware.
