I'm very unsatisfied about the support in Neuros Technology. I send my Neuros the march 10th and you receive it the march 20th. Nothing is done. You don't answer my e-mail because I wan't some news about my Neuros. I have put Canada Post to see if you have receive my Neuros and you didn't answer the e-mail that they send to you. After waiting so long, I'm tinking that you receive my Neuros and you don't want to repair it because if you haven't receive my Neuros, the US post would have send me back my Neuros if it wasn't claim.
I'm very frustrated about Neuros Tech. Thank
