Step 1:  Remove the 4 rubber pads from the bottom of your OSD.  This will expose four screws.

Step 2:  Remove the four screws from the bottom of your device.

Step 3:  Separate the top plastic piece from the bottom.  The circuit board will still be connected to the bottom of the OSD.

Step 4:  Two more screws hold the circuit board in place.  Remove these two.

Step 5:  Remove the circuit board from the backpack.  (Pull from the side of the circuit board that contains the card ports)

Step 6:  Place the circuit board into the new bottom housing.  (Place the side with the RCA, SVideo and charger ports first.  The Side with the card ports should be placed down second.  You should hear a click, if everything has fit back together properly.)

Step 7:  Put the two screws back into the circuit board to connect it to the bottom plastic.

Step 8:  Put the top plastic back on the device.

Step 9:  Replace the four screws and each of the rubber pads.
