Hey Joe, got a question for you.
It's been mentioned repeatedly that the N3 will be released sometime after the 442's release (which at the time of the Wiki writing was projected to be in Q1 '06). http://www.theneuros.com/index.php/Category_Roadmap:Neuros_III#At_a_glance
So, since the 442 is already release, and December is upon us, my heart swells with hope that this little angel will get to see the light of day some time in the near future. As a result, I want one! (Yeah, me an about a zillion other people too)
Will there be an early bird special? Frankly, even though the final product doesn't even exist yet, I don’t see my self buying any other kind of player besides an N3. I want one, and I want it bad enough that I'll give you money right friken now to reserve my self one when they do come flying down out of the Neuros Orbiting Development Center like so many hurtling meteoric fireballs of musical joy.
Will there be a pre-purchase window available, do you have an estimated cost for the preorder, how will the previous customer incentive program you’ve also talked about play into this? Finally, though I hope beyond hope no one will need to use it, what would the product return/repair requirements for these pre-ordered units look like(particularly if I've already taken advantage of the previous-customer-price-reducing plan)?
I know a lot of this is probably way in the future for you, but I want to floor the questions and have them out there. Too many people are afraid the N3 is just so much vapor ware (comments on the forums are not that hopeful right now) that I want to make the assumption that we’ll have our iPod sized bundles of joy despite the worrywarts and I want to know how we can get them.
The sort form of all that: TAKE MY MONEY, PLEASE!

The Wiki refers to the second version of the 442, which will be out in Q1 2006. The Neuros 3 comes sometime after that.
I also am waiting for one and so is almost everyone at Head-Fi.org. |

Thank God! Someone else who's as addicted and loyal to the N3 (that is in mind only) as I am!
