firmware v. 2.25 (latest beta as of this posting) - when i browse my list of oggs, it sorts by the filename instead of the track number. I'm wondering if this is something positron did or if this is something inherent in the firmware i'm using.
also, I run linux and I wasn't able to get neurosdbm working well (kept crashing), so positron is really my only option at this point.
Thanks! |

You could use Sorune. Many people say they like that better for linux that NDBM. Here: www.sorune.tk

well, i've got sorune installed and it finds my neuros, but doesn't see any of the files on it. tried synch'ing and it finishes in about 2 seconds with the same result.
/me wonders how hard it would be to hack out a patch for positron...
is positron still being developed? |

you need to rebuild the database and then sorune should see all of your music.

ah, ok, i was under the impression that rebuilding it would somehow jack everything up (i'm a bit jaded because of NSM's corrupting my db last night).
thanks! |

What version of positron are you using? Are your Ogg Vorbis files correctly tagged? Positron 1.1 does sort tracks by number, although it does not do Album->Artist navigation.
