i asked the same question a few days ago...they are working on more firmware but dont have a beta ready yet...if you really want to try something new...try the open source garbage firmware...just dl and i like it a lot.
to install just right click file on site...save target as...put somewhere you can find... then rename the file to woid.hex instead of woid_en.hex and copy to your firmware folder on your neuros...unplug sync cable and turn off by pressing down and play at the same time...keep holding untill off...then hold down and play to start up and follow menus...
