Joe please help, I have an iGo http://www.igo.com/default.asp from radio shack and have the tips for all of my devices (cell phone, PDA, GPS, etc) except my neuros. I know a lot of people would be happy if you could talk to iGo and get your products supported by them. If you don't have an iGo you should. Stop into radio shack and check them out, I highly reccomend them.

I actually do have an iGo, and you bring up a good point. Don't they have general purpose plugs? I still carry a bunch of chargers, I haven't bought all the adapters I need, so I hadn't really looked into this.

If you want to contact iGo, their corporate number is (480)596-0061 ask for engineering. I believe the specs we need are 3.4mm OD 1.3mm ID 6-12V. If they made an iTip for the Neuros that would be awesome. The customer service is no help for me, but if you called corporate that would be a step in the right direction.

The 442 appears to be compatible with B07 http://www.igo.com/searchresults.asp?sku=2701856

I just bought one and it seems to be working, and there's no magic it's 5V and physically fits...

Folks, the way we figured this one out was by finding a device that had the same plug and voltage (in this case it was Yorick that figured out it was the same as a new Dell MP3 player). So please look through your devices and see if you can find a compatible adapter and we'll post it here. We've also contacted the fine folks at iGo to get listed on their compatibility chart.
